A complete professional installation quote should itemize: both units mounted, the wall penetration, the line set run and connected, nitrogen pressure test and vacuum (flare systems), condensate drain routed and tested, a dedicated electrical circuit with outdoor disconnect, permit and inspection where required, and startup with a heating/cooling check. Quotes that look cheap usually exclude one of: electrical, permits, or line sets on multi-zone bundles.
